British High Commission did not collaborate with NACOB

The British High Commission says, “UK authorities had no prior knowledge of the intentions of Ms.  Nayele Ametefeh before flying from Accra to London on 9/10 November” .

This comes shortly after Ghana‘s Communication’s Minister, Edward Omane Boamah told Joy 99.7 FM government does not believe NACOB cooperated with the UK authorities in the recent bust of the Ghanaian lady in London for trafficking 12kg of cocaine and that until the board tenders evidence to that effect, government is discounting that claim.

But beyond that, what else should we doubt about the NACOB statement; the dispute over the involvement of a diplomatic passport; the true identity of the courier, who for now we’re told is Nayele Ametefeh? And what else are we not being told but which may eventually emerge?

Dr. Omane Boamah | Nayele Ametefe

It’s also got me wondering how many more media house owners shall be “invited” for publishing a NACOB statement that’s not checking out?
